The hotel itself is perfect. Really clean and BIG room. The service was great, and we got some really valuable information from front desk: which buses to catch, how to get around the city, what to see, where to eat (El Portalon, expensive but VERY good and beautiful) and even where to watch Brazil X Portugal World Cup game (we're Brazilian :-).
There's also a shopping mall acrosss the street and a restaurant downstairs, but we never got to use any of them!
The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far off the downtown area. It's not a lot (keep in mind Vitoria isn't a big city) and during the day it is really bearable, specially with bus services running one block from the hotel. But since we went to the Azkena Rock Festival, which ended 3 AM everyday, we had to get a cab each day to the hotel (10 EUR).More
