First visit to your fantastic restaurant tonight, venue/setting amazing, food fantastic but what a shame one person managed to go out of the way to ruin what would of been a fantastic evening. We made a reservation a few days ago for 9 pm for 7 people we arrive at 9 pm she tells us that our table has been double booked and we have to leave by 11 pm as she changed our reservation to 8.30 without advising us this was fine as we were all in a good mood having just arrived in Ibiza having travelled on our motor yacht from mallorca however we did not expect to be rushed through our courses (we only ordered a main course and dessert knowing the time restriction) the girls constant reminders from 10.40 until 10.55 pm that the other guests were waiting and would we move to the bar at 10.50 with our drinks we refused and said that she had given us until 11 pm and we would finish our drinks at this time and could she reserve us 2 taxis for this time.
Not only did her abrupt behavior and manner cause your restaurant to miss out on extra revenue and also create a very dis satisfied customer who is now going to ensure that none of our friends or followers on fb or twitter go to your restaurant to get the same treatment. On leaving we spoke to her and advised that she had ruined our night and she said I know I don't care...... good customer service NOT this one person managed to ruin 7 peoples night.
I hope you realise reputations are built upon a thousand good experiences and lost by just one in these days of the internet.
