We stayed here two nights at the end of March, and had chosen the location as we were arriving from the airport at about 10pm on the first night, a Sunday. We had booked a standard room but we were upgraded, and the room was spacious and smart, but did smell a bit of stale cigarette smoke. The bed was big and comfortable and, with the thick curtains drawn, the room was really dark and quiet late into the morning, and we slept really well. Bathroom was fine, though as others have mentioned the taps are a bit odd, and it's impossible to get the tap to run cold for more than a few seconds.
Location is great for public transport, but on reflection we wished we'd stayed more centrally, particularly on the first night when we had to walk into the centre of the city before we found a bar open. Apart from the minor issues mentioned I can't really fault the hotel though.More
