This is a very nice hotel. Our room was very big with a large balcony and beautiful views of Palma. The hotel is located on the hill but we had a car so that was not a problem. Also, there are several staircases which shorten the path towards the coast so ask at the reception for directions before heading down. The parking at the hotel gets quickly filled up and my guess is that is being used by everyone, not only hotel guests. The room was very spacious and clean.The bathroom was quite large too. The pool is on the small side and maybe the hotel should add more parasols as it is too hot in strong sun.I would stay there again.

Everything about this place is great, the room with good a/c, big swivel flat screen 📺 tv, big en suite 🛀, plenty of choice at breakfast, friendly helpful staff, and beautiful gardens surrounding it. The pool 🏊 water is a bit cold but once you get used to it, it is a good way to cool off. The hotel is uphill from the seafront and amenities, so you need to be good on your feet. There is a Carrefour supermarket store in the nearby Porto Pi Shopping Centre xx

Right from arrival the staff were all so friendly and willing to help with anything at the drop of a hat. Would highly recommend getting breakfast as you won't find better elsewhere. The "gym" was significantly disappointing and lacklustre so would not decide upon this hotel based on it having a gym.
