This hotel is in a great location, and excellent value for money. The rooms are all clean, very modern and appear recently refurbished. The pool area is lovely but quite small. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a very large shopping centre nearby which is useful, and just a short taxi ride into Palma. I would stay here again.

Been on a cruise and ''jumped ship' to spend a few days in Palma husband booked this hotel last minute so was very happy to see how clean bedroom and bathroom were. The Sheets were crisp cotton and a very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast lots of choice from egg and bacon(ask for a warm plate) to chocolate mouse with very good bread and pastries. Superb location for catching the bus including 'The Big Red Bus'. Hotel reception sells tickets for Big Red, and very kindly replaces them when lost in town! Not disabled friendly and I would not consider it 4 star but a good base and worth trying.

Very nice clean hotel, pool area is excellent and staff are very attentive. Excellent 3 night stay. 40min walk into Palma city, close to the cathederal from the hotel.
Local shops are right on the doorstep, which includes a very large indoor shopping centre with all the designer store.
The hotel is set up on a hill so a taxi ride back is recommended.

This hotel is away from the centre of Palma situated on a hill approx 10 mins walk from the cruise ship port. The hotel is modern, clean, light and airy and has a quiet and relaxed ambience. We stayed for a week and had one of the rooms overlooking the beautiful garden which leads to a small pool area with comfortable loungers and parasols. The hotel never seems crowded and although the bar area and patio for dining is small we always got a table. The service you get from the staff is outstanding, everyone working together to make sure you have everything you need. It is a ten minute walk down to the seafront where you can find some great places to eat, Porto Pino is a super Spanish restaurant that I would highly recommend and is a ten minute walk from the hotel, alternatively if you want the high end restaurants near the cathedral then it is only a ten min cab ride from a rank conveniently situated outside the hotel. Hiring a car is recommended as there are plenty of beautiful small coves to discover both east and west of the hotel and the hotel reception can arrange this for you.
Stayed here for four nights and paid for a room with a view. Although we did get a room with a view it probably isn't worth it I assumed it might be a view of the sea but was of the garden area so not worth the £40 extra. The rooms are really spacious and modern, big TV on the wall, really nice bathroom and large balcony. (See photos) We didn't have breakfast but had lunch by the pool the pizza and salads are really nice. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good place can get a bus to Palma city for €1,50 and the beach is a twenty minute walk or a bus drive, their is also a few restaurants nearby. I would recommend if you don't get breakfast to go to the cafe across the street coffees are €1.40 for capacinnos but we got ripped off in the hotel for them. We also took some water out of the mini bar and that cost us €3.80. If you look at my pics the left vodka was €5!!! The bottle on right €12 from shop round the corner. All in all really nice holiday , pool area nice and peaceful, good area.. Just mini bar expensive!
