This is an all-round good hotel in Palma´s centre. It´s not that big and not super luxurious, but it certainly is stylish and modern and clean. The rooms are nice and the staff seemed friendly and spoke English on the front desk. You get breakfast in the cafe downstairs which can be a bit unorganised to be honest, but they do their best and there are people from outside that come in too, so it is a lot of people to take care of. The location is definitely the winning factor here though. There is a department store literally 2 minutes away by foot and you can buy all sorts there. There is a fantastic deli on the 2nd. floor where you can pick up some very nice gourmet gifts. You also have all the city attractions at your fingertips. I would stay here again as it is just so handy.

Stayed at HM Jaime for one night during peak season. Loved it.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Welcome drink on arrival at the bar downstairs was a nice touch. Breakfast was yummy and coffee was great. Bed was comfortable and rooms were very spacious.

Our only gripe was that the lift was EXTREMELY SLOW - we took the stairs to the 6th floor as a result of avoiding having to wait any longer. Bar downstairs was great for a drink (the Espresso Martini's are the best) but Tapas selection is very basic and standard isn't great.

Location was GREAT and hotel is very easy to find. Would stay here again and definitely recommend to friends and family.

We stayed for 4 nights at this hotel which was in a great location. Easy to walk everywhere and good restaurants nearby. The rooms are very large and the whole hotel is very chic and 'arty' . When you arrive you are welcomed by the sight of a canoe and a dog statue wearing crochet and there is art everywhere. Breakfast was excellent and replinished constantly. The spa area is really nice and worth using, overall a good location and a good hotel.

This hotel is situated within walking distance to the shopping area, old town and the port. Staff are extremely efficient and friendly. All areas of the hotel are spotless and street seating is a lovely way to enjoy breakfast whilst watching the locals going about their business. Breakfast selection was always fresh and plentiful. Had one evening meal at the hotel and it was ok, much better choices to be found in the old town. My room was a junior suite with a balcony and once again it was ok. The room had glass sliding doors partioning off the room which I felt created a lot of wasted space. The spa was excellent altough it did not have enough equipment in the gym.

This is the perfect city hotel. Central location walking distance to all the major attractions including the old town and marinas. Spotlessly clean good sized rooms with funky modern design and great art in the hallways and lobby. Staff very friendly and excellent English. Lovely bar/restaurant adjoining hotel with terrace outside which is where breakfast was served.....an excellent range of goodies and delicious coffee.

The only negative point, which is a small one, was the 3 euro a day charge for the safe, not a deal breaker but a bit cheap for the standard of this hotel.

Good location (very easy to get to by bus from the airport - 2 euros), close to shops and some cafes. Short walk to cathedral, centre & marina (beach further 25 mins walk). Staff very welcoming and helpful and with good English. Room bright, clean and spacious.

Room Tip: Each floor has one room right next to the lift which is probably worth trying to avoid (as the lift...
