Me and my family (2 Adults and 2 teenagers aged 14&15), stayed at Hotel Belverde from 16/04/2011 til 23/04/2011. As soon as we got dropped off we chekced into the Hotel; the staff were very friendly and took no longer than 5 minutes to sort out our rooms and all inclusive wristbands. The rooms were very clean, the chamber maids cleaned the room every day!! We stayed in room 906 which was by the fire exit; we had a double balcony which we could see part of the pool and on the other balcony the main roads. We went down to thr restraunt to have our evening meal; the food was hot and thoroughly cooked although the food was a bit repetitive. The standard of food was higher than what we expected; we all thoguht the food was 4*! Pool area was fantatstic with a pizzeria food bar and drinks bar surroundong the pool. The pool was massive but cold (warmed up once you had gotten in)! The location of the hotel was on a hill; not at all steep!! Hardly any shops surrounding the hotel whcih was a dissapointment! Their is a small shop downstairs ion the hotel, which was quite expensive. Their was a free courtesy bus which ran to palma nova every 20 minutes; ideal for people who want to walk around and look in shops!! Food at Breakfast: Full English Buffet Type, continental, and also croissant, doghnuts, pancakes, slices of cake etc. Food at Dinner: Meat, Chips, Fish, ice cream, rice, salad etc, at Snack bar: Chees n ham toasties, chips, hotdog, and burgers. Food at evenig meal : meat, chips, fish, rice, pallela, salad, cake, jelly, egg custard etc! Could not fault the hotel at all!! We shall be definetly going back!

Room Tip: Ideal for families with children/teenager.

No atmosphere. We felt like a huge inconvenience to the staff. Food warm and sloppy. Only one night where food was hot (our last night). Nightly entertainment for young children until late. Only one night in our 7 was there entertainment based around adults but the children still took over. Food bar if you like chips, ham/cheese toasty, burger or sausage. That was the limit. Pizza-of-the-day at the pizzaria - no choices given. Bars usually had one bar attender so had to queue most times for alcoholic drinks (help yourself to soft). No fruit options available during the day, just in the restaurant during meal times. Chips with EVERY meal. Variety of meals need change regularly. Snacks available at night same every night - what THEY want to give you, no choice in the matter. NOT for HONEYMOONERS as one reviewer as put. Uncomfortable about being above the restaurant/kitchen (1st floor for 3 nights, then 9th for the remainder for some peace and quiet and sleep!) with NO smoke alarms in the rooms. Broken light shades, No air con/heat in our room. Would I recommend? Only if you have young children. Lots of entertainment for them. For the adults - steer clear.

Room Tip: Free regular bus to Palma Nova.

Got back yesterday from a one week stay at this hotel, and all I can say is it's excellent.
It's the first time we have been to the island, and it wont be the last for us, niether will it be the last time at this hotel.
Reception on arrival was to be honest packed, seems we arrived on amega change over day and our room was'nt ready. We were checked in, given our all inclusive bands and went to explore the hotel and have a drink. Our room was ready within the hour.
The room was a little small, but totaly fit for purpose, and above all spotlessly clean. A nice bathroom and excellent balcony. The beds were clean and very comfortable.
An air con system is fitted in the room and that was very nice and welcome on hot evenings.
Food was fantastic, great choice for all meals. I am not picky over food but i do enjoy my food cooked properly and presented well, and this hotel surpassed that. The poolside bars serve pizza most of the day, freshly cooked, and burgers hotdogs and chips.
Staff were also excellent. I have not been to many Spanish hotels where all the staff have a friendly smile and are willing to help, but these do.
All the bars are well stocked and have an excellent choice. Kids are catered for well with there own soft drinks machine's at every bar, so they just go up and help there selves.
The pool area is cleaned every morning. and cleaners are constantly walking around picking up litter and emptying bins all day. The pool area itself is great, loads and loads of space, plenty of sun beds and lots of tables and chairs. It is quite a sun trap. The sun comes around the bottom of the hotel around 9.30 and is constant all day.
Daily entertainment is provided for the kids and anyone else that wants to join in. And although it is very amateur ,it is funny ,and kids are smiling all day. The evening entertainment is good, with a different show every night and a good disco after.
I suppose you cant write a review without having a few downsides though. Although I feel these are for pure honesty.
The position of the hotel is to say the least "out a bit". And is in a residential area. Although that was good because it was quiet. But if you like a walk in the evening like us dont bother. On the upside of the position the hotel provides a daily free bus into Palma Nova, which runs every half an hour. Where the beaches and bars are all situated. Also outside the hotel are the local bus stops where you can get a bus to practically anywhere. We caught the 46 to Palma city for 1 euro 25 cents. And had an excellent day out.
There are no sponges for the sun beds, and they can get a bit hard for all day use. And there are no umbrellas at all. So if you take the kids be prepared
To be , again, honest thats all I can think of to say on the down side. If your looking for a good quality, clean, happy hotel. Then this is it.
My wife and I are regular travellers to Tenerife, and this holiday was just a quick break away to relax. I will be returning to this hotel again.

Room Tip: Leave your meal till 8ish as it gets quite full.

Good 3 star all-inclusive holiday. Staff very friendly and work very hard. Excellent for kids with loads of entertainment, fresh pizza by poolside plus snack bar. Good clean rooms, good variety of food. This is the second time we have been and very relaxing holiday.

Good size main pool, plus kids hut, play area and kids pool on in the same area.

Very well run hotel

Hotel superb for a 3 star. The food was excellent - the Paellla's were brilliant. I really don't understand why there are complaints about the food . The choice of alcholic drinks was immense - we were drinking a really good quality Cava throught the week. I have never been on an all inclusive before, but other guests who have said this was one of the best they have been on. Great for families with children or teenagers.
