“Don't miss this little jewel in Palma”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 8 April 2014 via mobile

In the hearth of palma, a few steps from the rambla we discovered this lovely place. A winebar-restaurant born from an historical bakery. Hosts are a nice and friendly young Italian couple. The vintage furniture and the old oven give the place a great atmosphere. We took an Aperol Spritz and a "tabla" of delightful iberical and Italian cuttings that we recommend. Delicious the desserts served in cute little jars. Cheap prices!

“So pity we couldn't stay...”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 30 March 2014

We walked by this truly lovely place whilst heading towards another restaurant at which we had -unfortunately - booked a table tonight. We still could not resist hopping in for a bottle of cava brut (7€!) and a delicious plate of iberico cuttings. Wish we could have stayed there, as everything felt right, from the friendly Italian couple who are hosts, to the "Il Postino"-like interior, not to mention the great atmosphere as you mingle with other guests; in our case a party of celebrating Norwegian ladies. A real gem, tucked away off Palma's beaten path, for the price of not even a faint copy...

“jewel”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 20 March 2014

An old bakery in the old town, transformed with style and love to a superb and cheap restaurant. They used the old furniture and oven for the interior. Daily menu including wine was 6 Euro, excellent vegetarian dish. Very attentive and friendly service.
