The old Fabrica with Chef Alexi (I think that is his name?) was great, however, I don't think he is the Chef anymore at the La Lonja restaurant. Service was brilliant and as entertaining as always, however, brown sugar and balsamic reduction is so 90's and unfortunately, everything was too sweet - and I mean everything! I wish I could rave about it but I can't and, in my opinion, a serious look at the menu/ingredients is needed, pronto!
