My wife and i have been to Mahon many times its like our second home, if anyone takes an holiday in Menorca you must visit this city it is a very interesting and lovely place. There is a lot of history about this small island that includes the British, you must take a boat trip up the river estuary its very interesting. When we go to Menorca we always stay in Es Castell we and some of our family who have been with us love this place, so quiet and peaceful yet there's enough of what you want. Menorca is a small island and there are so many nice and interesting places to visit and you don't have to travel far to visit any of them. ( Beautiful Island.)

Treat yourself to a boat trip around this fascinating harbour, it's a lot more interesting than you'd think! The buildings and history makes the trip well worth 11 euros.

Having visited Mahon many, many times I can safely say it is just lovely. Lots of wonderful buildings, shops, restaurants, bars and, of course, the fabulous harbour. Go for a trip round the harbour on the Yellow Catamaran - it's well worth it!

A lovely mix of old and new. we parked on the sea front taking a nice walk along the promenade/street into the town where we took a boat trip which lasted approx 1hour which was very informative and interesting.
The town has a lot to offer in the way of shopping, eateries and bars.
Well worth a visit.

Really pretty port town which is easy to get around and good mix of the historic and interesting, with the odd vast cruise liner in town looking bigger than the town
