We had come to attend a family friend's wedding in Las Palmas, and at the courtesy of our family friend had stayed here with my family (5 year old, and wife) from 3 Dec 13 to 9 Dec 13.We had a fantastic stay- the hotel was well located- right smack in walking distance to all places in town, clean and well maintained though it was built in 1998. The rooms are very spacious, and we really liked the fact that the rooms had the most practical and basic things needed for a pleasant stay . For instance, there was a treadmill in the room, n the shower gels r in very huge refillable bottles ( which means u don't need to keep calling housekeeping for extra shower gels!!!) which even some other 5 star hotels may not have) . N the bathroom shower knobs r easy to use! Not mentioning, the breakfast buffet spread is good- we were fortunate to have this male waiter whom we came across every morning during breakfast. He had so much of initiative ( e.g. Helping us to make drinks, arranging tables and chairs happily every morning to accommodate our big family, making hot chocolate for the kids) n provided excellent service to us and all our family who put up there that we were so impressed! We felt that he was extraordinary - probably the best waiter that we had come across in all our travels across the world- we just had to tip him well to show our appreciation ( the waiter in fact refused to accept our tip until we really insisted that he take it) ! The hotel is highly recommended!
