“Live and Let Live”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 8 October 2013

One of the best beaches which is worth the effort to reach - be it by foot, cycle or car (3€ admission). Plenty of room for everyone - young, old, singles, couples, groups, families, naturists and textiles. Everyone does their own thing and accepts others doing their thing. One of the most relaxing beaches I know. I was pleasantly surprised by how warm the sea was. Take what you need for the day as there are no facilities

“Waste of drive and time”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 8 October 2013 via mobile

We heard so much about this beach and so decided to hire a car at the hotel and give it a go.
What an utter disappointment! The beach is tiny, overcrowded ( and we went end of sept, so dare to think what it was like in season peak). No toilet facilities, difficult entry to water as way too many slippery stones. The restaurant on the top played large music and charged ridicules money for a basic soft drink. Safe yourself time and go somewhere else.

“need to see it...and enjoy it!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 7 October 2013

if you are around Lanzarote you should go there... and enjoy the silence ... and the sound of the sea....
beautiful place to spend ... maybe every day on the beach.... sometimes to crowded... yes... but you can find as well some separated small tiny spots where you can enjoy with your friends or your couple without spectators!
enjoy the lifeeeee

“Lanzarote's natural and beautiful beaches”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 24 September 2013

Spent the day here and will definitely be going back over the next two weeks. I am surprised by some of the reviews on here that complain about having to pay €3 and that it is a bit off the beaten track. Unlike the manmade beaches in Playa Blanca it has not been commercialised. If you want banana boat rides, power gliding, drinks on the beach etc this isn't the place for you. If you want to.experience the islands natural beauty, clear waters and beautiful scenery this is the place for you. You do.have to.be careful walking down the slopes on to the beach and most people drive to.get to the car park. Make sure you take a snorkel as it is a great spot for seeing the sea life. If you need shade bring an.umbrella.as there is nowhere to.escape the sun.
