I started in Villaflor at around 6:30. Passed by peisaje lunar and follow the long ascent towards Alto de Guajara. When I got there a freezing rain started. The view over Mount Teide and the national park are amazing. A bit unlike with not having any sunshine. At the summit I met a local, Juan Fran who showed me a different way back which I totally enjoyed. The path wasn't "authorized" or on teh maps but it was marked with green or blue paint. It passes just under the rocks of the summit and then a fuente befor joining teh main path back to Villaflor.
