This was our second visit and we were not disappointed. We arrived quite late due to flight delaybut managed to park free opposite the main car park outside the hotel . Wewere in thd annex which i think is quieter than the main building. Because of its location to the old town we still had time to getup to the plaza conception wher there are several bar cafes that stay open late , we got there about 10-30 . Next morning we tried the breakfast buffet which is ok but you have to nag the dragon of a lady in charge to refesh the ingredients otherwise you have cold or a sad looking breakfast . The reception is good but a little understaffed at times otherwise a satisfactory stay again.

Room Tip: In the annex

I started this booking way over a year ago and through out the process the events team could not have been more helpful.
I ended changing the amount of people attending which was dealt with so quickly and easily.
We originally intended to have 40 people which gave us the honeymoon suite free, due to drop in numbers we expected to pay for this but the hotel still gave it to us as a gift for free.
On the day they gave my wife early access to the room and came up with complimentary champagne and fruit basket which was a nice touch.
Throughout the service and evening the staff could not have been more helpful, changing cava sorbet to kid friendly versions and last minute changes were dealt with ease.
The whole day was both professional and run with ease a massive thank you to all the staff.

This vintage hotel is quite charming with it's original stone staircases and wood finishings, but also has all the comforts you'd expect from a quality hotel. Centrally located right across from a nice little town park and near a lot of really cool tapas restaurants. Make sure you visit Tasca Faracho for great tapas, wine and local atmosphere. Enjoy.

The room is good for business and leisure both.
The price is nice , not so expensive for me.
Reception is good but always only by one person.so sometimes we have to make line.
The breakfast was not so good we Japanese....

Laguna Nivaria Hotel is excellently located and the rooms are comfortable and very clean.
The restaurant is pretty good but the bar is great, with an excellent selection of gin and tonics.
Location is great, next to the old city but removed enough to be quiet. Preferably get a room on the outside of the building.
