The live shows was fantastic, especially the Orca show. There's also other attractions include the children's playground "Kinderlandia," Gambian Market, a parrot baby station, a huge parrot museum and many restaurants.

We really enjoyed our visit to this very well kept park. Animals looked well cared for and happy. Great shows and our visit included a back stage tour. Our Scottish tour guide Anne was excellent!
Thanks

We drove to the park ourselves and would recommend getting there early to get a parking space, we got there around 10am having driven from Costa Adeje (via the motorway is by far the quickest way even though twice as long as the direct route).

The entrance to get in was just a scrum, no queue management and completely disorganised, we found our way through to buy tickets (those who prebooked seemed to take longer to get in than we did). Once through and past the obligatory family photo requirement for most attractions on the Island, we found the park itself to be excellent, if a little overcrowded at times (due to the flow of people out of the shows and relatively narrow routes around the exit points for the shows).

The orca show was by far the highlight, but we also enjoyed walking round the park to see the chimps (including the adorable baby chimp) and the other animals and birds. We loved the new jellyfish attraction but couldn't believe it had been positioned in the exit to the orca show so don't try and get in when the show is being exited otherwise you will have a 30 min wait.

When we left there was even a scrum to get out of the park because the exit requires you to walk through the area to view and buy photos which is a relatively narrow exit route.

Despite the poor management, this park is well worth a visit and the shows are really good.

What the management team of this attraction need to do is go to Disney school and get some proper advice on how to deal with queues. If there was a decent system in place to enter and exit the park and to queue for the shows then the place would truly be the world class attraction it claims to be.

I arrived in the morning, I chose the Discovery Tour + Premium Tour Option (3-course lunch and reserved seats in the 3 main shows); they immediately guided us to the parrot show to spend the time before the start of the discovery tour (our timeslot was at 11am); with their guide, I was able to exploit the whole day without missing anything. I was in August 2012 in Orlando at SeaWorld, and I have to admit that Loro Parque Orca Show has nothing less than the Sea World show, in my opinion the Tenerife show is even more spectacular in terms of whales' acrobacies.
