We checked the ratings for restaurants near our accomodation (Le Petit Boutique- which was excellent)
This is a charming rustic pub...on our visit virtually empty.. This was our last meal before heading home so our expectations were high...My undertanding of Spainish is poor to terrible so take a fair blame.
Our waitress was polite but not exactly working hard at it!..We were offered an english menu and I asked about starters..which turned out to be tapas selections...We should of ordered off the last page of the menu...our fault my misunderstanding..
we were recommended local beer which was fine and enjoyable..
The tapas basically cheeses/meats/bread..I ordered the cod tortilla (which was a cod omlette)
for the two of us with drinks and deserts we spent 60 euros.. Itw asn't the meal we'd anticipated..
we moved inside after the mains having waited ages for the desert menu..deserts were very good
For us it was average
