2 reviews Love the area,excellent beaches>Santander is great as are surrounding towns. Spanish people are friendly and helpful. Apartment is in excellent location and owner Lucia helpful.Great place to just kick back and relax. Occasionally you can hear other residents of the apartments but not too late or early. (maybe im just not used to it). I would happily return again.

“Okay apartment, old, tired fittings and fixtures”
The apartment was okay, was surface clean but could do with an occasional deep clean. Communication with owner very good.
Many of the fixtures and equipment were old and tired with some broken (chair, drawers, crockery) and damaged needing replacing (oven, frying pan) No fire safety equipment, smoke alarm, fire blanket or extinguisher.
We still had a good holiday but wouldn't recommend unless the basics were upgraded.

We immediately felt like home in the center of Santander. The apartment facilitated a reunion with family that lived nearby. The facilities are clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location is excellent near shops, restaurants and sites of interest. Best wishes to Lucia del Valle for sharing her lovely apartment with our family!
