We are very satisfied to have chosen this hotel to visit Toledo. The hotel is so quiet, the staff really kind and the room very comfortable. We have read some critics from other customers that argued about breakfast but even being January 1st, we found it delicious and generous. The sights from some romos are very nice watching Tajo river. The only problem is parking in the neighborhood but the hotel offer theis own parking only by a cheap fare. Only 15 minutes walking from the Zocodover square (center town) but close to jewish neighborhood with lot of museums, churchs and typical streets. When we return to Toledo, we will return to this hotel...

Room Tip: We have been in room 9 with lovely sights to Tajo river and a really huge bed. It would be better to...

This is a nice and cozy hotel on the edge of Toledo overlooking the Rio Tajo, but close to the old city and the Juderia. Staff was helpful and nice, early check-in, free parking in front of the hotel. A perfect hotel for a day or 2 stay in this great city.

Room Tip: A room facing the street with lovely views of the river and the hills on the other side.

We spent three nights here at the end of November. Our room (19) overlooked the river and the road which was not too noisy, and offered basic 3 star facilities, though no English language channels on the tv. Good free wi fi. We had real problems parking nearby and on the final night had no choice but to stump UK 12 euros for the hotel's parking. A short but steep walk got us to the centre of Toledo. Didn't bother with breakfast at the hotel, lots of cheaper options in town. Try to visit Toledo at the weekend when the main buildings are illuminated...the Alcazar is spectacular at night.

I went with seven other students for an extended weekend trip, and we stayed in two triples and a double. The prices were reasonable, the bathrooms were clean and well-supplied, and the beds were comfortable (which was all we wanted). The walk up the hill to the center of Toledo was incredibly picturesque and not that difficult. I don't recommend paying for breakfast, as you can get much cheaper food in cafés in the area. The staff was friendly, gave us a map, and answered every question we had. Only reason this hotel doesn't get 5 stars was because it was difficult to connect to the Internet in our rooms, and even when we brought our laptops to the sitting area in the lobby, we had trouble connecting.

This hotel is located outside the old town on the river, but it is an easy walk up the hill to the main tourist sites. There is secure on-site parking and an excellent breakfast. The rooms are modern with free WiFi. The staff was helpful and spoke good English. They recommended and excellent restaurant nearby.

We were in Toledo during Semana Santa and would highly recommend this hotel. We booked two rooms, and they were excellent value. After looking at other reviews and the price, we were a bit worried that it wouldn't be nice, and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms, bathrooms and wifi are all good. The desk people were very helpful. The best part is the location if you have a car. It's easy to drive to and easy to park. Before our trip, we read similar reviews and thought "what's the big deal about driving in these cities?" You'll need to experience it to believe it :) Or, in the case of Casona de la Reyna you can just park and enjoy Toledo.

My wife & I recently completed a 12 day 'mini' tour of Spain. Two nights were spent here as we wanted to take a look at Toledo, possibly to spend a longer visit next time we pass through this area as Madrid is a nightmare with a car. For our purpose this hotel was perfect. Quite easy to find and only a 15 minute walk (uphill) to the centre of town and all the tourist attractions, bars and restaurants. We normally use rather older hotels with 'character' and avoid the more modern hotels. This relatively recently built hotel turned out very well, beautifully done room with a nice view straight out over the river and valley. We were very pleased, nice hotel though with limited facilities. Very clean, excellent service from very helpful staff and a comfortable room. The only complaint might be that the bathroom was very small which could be a problem for some people. We very much liked Toledo itself, we walked round much of it and have every intention of visiting again, in which case it is highly likely that we will use this hotel again. This is the first time we have used a Sercotel, if this one is an indication we will have no hesitation in choosing the group again.

Room Tip: Limited experience, but our room at the front had a lovely view over the river valley.
