Stayed here for a night to take a break from the camino. I was happy to see a comfortable, clean bed! The hotel is decent and like someone else said, I'm surprised its a four star property but at the end of the day it was comfortable. The bathroom was nice with a big tub, handy for soaking sore tired muscles. The integrated shower was good too but there was only a small glass wall that didn't do a very good job keeping the water off the floor, and they didn't provide a bath mat. The hotel wasn't amazing and it wasn't bad....but the price was definitely right! And the location can't be beat!

We spent a night here. The location, very close to the old town and cathedral can't be beaten. The interior is very modern and stylish in what appears to be an older building. It has a four star rating but I would not give It more than three. There appeared to be just one person manning the front desk, so there was no one to assist with the luggage and the overpriced buffet breakfast was mediocre - we had a far better one at a one star hotel earlier in our trip. Wifi was free in public areas but there was a charge if you wanted it in the room - again our one star hotel earlier in the trip had free wifi everywhere in the hotel.

We stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay while driving down towards Marbella from Ireland - really nice staff too.

It was a little hard for us to locate but we are total strangers to the area ...

The hotel looks and feel brand new, comfortable, greate service and in a fantastic location.
Friendly staf, beautiful views, close to the main tourist attractions and many fun restaurants.
A so so breakfast would the only negative point, I would recomend this place and would stay there again in the future.

Room Tip: Don't forget to visit the fantastic evolution museum, a very short and beautiful walk from the h...

We only stayed one night in Burgos, and found the AC Hotel to be quite good. On check in (efficient rather than effusive) we were upgraded (without request) to a small suite, and our room had an oblique view of the Cathedral, which was unexpected and welcome. The room, on the very top floor, was perfectly comfortable, with a couch and eating table in the lounge, but showed some evidence of water damage likely from a roof leak at some time. Some of the laminate on the walls and floor had started to lift.

The bathroom was modern, clean and really very nice, and the bed was comfortable. There was free WiFi available in the lobby bar, slightly inconvenient, but manageable. We went for a cup of tea one evening in the lobby bar, and found service quite threadbare.

The absolute best thing about the hotel is the prime location, close to the pleasant river and really only a short stroll to the Cathedral which is the heart of Burgos.

We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but found a wonderful little place just up the street where a coffee, croissant and fresh orange juice could be had for €3,50 and we could sit at a table overlooking the Cathedral square.

Our overall impression of Burgos suffered from a spate of poor weather and a very disappointing experience searching for a place to eat dinner on a Sunday evening, but the AC Burgos was not responsible for that! The Cathedral, however, is a real treasure making the city worthy of a stop.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. It's got a great location, right on the edge of the old town, with rooms overlooking the riverside promenade. The rooms were large and spacious. There is free wi-fi in the lobby. Sitting in the lobby was also very pleasant. The hotel breakfast was fine, not overly elaborate. Burgos is a great City, and I wish we'd spent more time there, to see the sights.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights on a vacation trip visiting Burgos.

On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist. Checkin process was very efficient. We were informed about some local festival going on in the city that night, appreciated that.

The parking garage is just few meters before the hotel entrance, and you can get in by ringing a bell and announcing yourself. Other reviews had us worried about the size of the garage, but we found it to be perfectly fine to drive in and find a parking space that fits. We have seen similar sized and even smaller garages on our trip around northern spain. But I agree i would not like to drive a van in here.

The room has a nice modern decor. We had (I think) a superior room reserved. The space provided was very good. The bed quality as well. The room was clean. We were missing one towel, but upon request the matter was resolved quickly and professionally. A few more hangers would be nice, depending on how much clothes you bring.

Location of the hotel is really central. Two minutes walk and you are at the central gate for the old town, cathedral is an additional minute from there.
