Just got there by chance, we had just some morcilla, callos, cecina and we booked a full dinner for the next evening. A gorgeous lechazo with sopa castellana, more callos and cecina all irrigated with Ribera del Duero "Cillar de Silos" an excellent suggestion from the staff. By the way a so frinedly staff. Caring us, talking to us, entertaining and giving us suggestions for our trips next days. What a friendly people.
