The hotel is located off of a busy street in Salamanca. It was within walking distance (5 min) to Plaza Mayor and the historical city.
To enter, you have to be buzzed in and go to the second floor. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. He gave us a map of the city and highlighted all the important destinations. He also helped carry our luggage to our rooms upstairs.
The rooms were a good size. The decor feels slightly outdated but everything was very clean. The sheets were embroidered with the hotel's initial and was very comfortable.
Parking tip : parking on the main street around the corner from the hotel is free. There are certain restrictions during rush hour and some spots are for loading only. On the side streets, parking in the blue zone are charged per hour. I had no issue finding a place to park.More
