This was our second stay. Very high standard. Helpful staff. Huge bed. Plush carpeting...the works!
Breakfast was good though I would have liked to have seen some locally produced sausages.
Don't hesitate...book it!
Parking can be on the street outside...very reasonable rates...cheaper than the hotel.
Pity about the weather...but we still had a fab time.

Room Tip: Ask for the front.

The hotel is difficult to find. We had the assistance of a GPS system, but due to many road repairs and diversions it took us a long time to find the hotel. The indoor parking is adventurous. You have to drive into a lift, but this lift does not always function. The rooms are clean and spacious and without any frills. The hotel has a cold atmosphere. I suppose it is an ideal hotel for business traverllers. There were several technical problems: The TV did not work, the lift got stuck and the mattress squeaked. The location is perfect and so was the free WiFi. The staff is freindly and efficient.

Excellent hotel and location . Car parking is in the cellar and you need to put on an elevator that did not work too well. Car was stuck two levels down when we tried to leave and 2 1/2 hours later we got out . Manager was very helpful and I recommend this hotel highly. Quiet with OK breakfast but not great. Very clean and junior suite and bath are very good. You can easily walk to all sites and with so many students in the Paza Mayor every night , it makes this city alive . Don't miss the Casa Lis house as well as the many other higher priorities .

As full time travelers, we have found that the people at reception have a huge affect on one's opinion and enjoyment of a hotel. Thanks to Patricia at the front desk, we had a fantastic stay at the Eurostars Las Claras in Salamanca. It's a beautiful hotel with large, nicely decorated rooms. There is a mini fridge in the room and underground parking is available. Excellent location for seeing the beautiful city of Salamanca. But it was the warm hospitality of Patricia that made this an especially enjoyable stop for us.

We stayed here for two nights on our way back from southern Spain. Lovely hotel in excellent positon for seeing the sights of Salamanca. Secure underground car park accessable by an on street entrance and operated by lift - a slightly unusual method! We were travelling with rather a lot of luggage so this was well worth the additional charge as we knew our belongings were safe. Only five minutes walk to the Cathedrals and lots of restaurants and bars.

We were here for two nights to explore the city during a tour of Castilla y Leon. It was a great location and only 5-10 mins walk to the main attractions of the city. The hotel's underground car park, with car lift, avoided street parking and once we had found the place, with the aid of a slightly out of date satnav and changed our room, due to a malfunction of the aircon, we had a good stay. Staff were helpful and pleasant and the room was clean and comfortable. We would stay there again if the situation arose.

We stayed here for one night on our way down to southern Spain . The big bonus of this hotel especially if you are driving with luggage is the secure underground car park . You may need to prebook this with your room but we were lucky enough to get the last space on arrival .There is a charge for this but well worth it . You drive your car in to the Parking lift and it takes you down into the car park it's very small so can be tricky with a big car. Then the lifts from the car park take you up to the hotel it's brilliant .
Rooms are a little old fashioned but are immaculate and the marble bathrooms are very good .
We had a corner room and this was very spacious .
Staff on reception are very helpful , speak good english which is rare in Salamanca and there is free wifi .
Location is perfect . Walking distance to everywhere . Salamanca is one of the best cities in all of Spain a real gem . It's safe and so clean everywhere. We will return .
