Situated on the Plaza Mayor the cathedral looks great with its sandy coloured stone and large front terrace. Inside it is a little less impressive with the only really impressive parts being the organ and some of the stained glass.

This is a typical Spanish church if you are in the town I would recommend going to it but do not use the restrooms that are underneath in front of the church they're disgusting.
We took a tour of both cathedral and tour. 7 or 8 euros for combined entry. The tower part is guided. The guide speaks only Spanish but the video has subtitles. The tower part is strenuous. There are over 150 steel steps. Take the recommendation of taking it slow. There are different levels where you stop and the guide tells you more about that level. Unfortunately my Spanish is not always the best so I caught about half of what was said. It was still delightful. And the view from the very top made my efforts worth it!!
An ancient Roman Cathedral it began building in 1525 and it was finished in 1768. Inside are several artistic work and beautiful small chapels and a tower where you can hop on and enjoy beautiful views of Segovia. 3 € fee and is open from 9:30 to 17:30 hrs
Very late Gothic structure. Outside is fascinating from near and far. Inside is interesting, with soaring ceilings, some nice restored stained glass windows, and interesting chapels.
What a beautiful facade of this cathedral from the Plaza Mayor... But what you find inside is even better. Even though you have to pay to enter, and I don't think it's a honest thing to do, I think seeing what's inside of this cathedral is worth it. Lovely architecture for those of us who enjoy it.
