Right in the middle of the city, 50yards from the Cathedral and the main Plaza Major. Tricky to find in the car because of the one way streets (Sat Nav sending me the wrong way down one-way streets) so best to phone the hotel and have them wait in the Plaza for you. No parking in the hotel but pay-as-you-go parking close by, although expensive, 17€ per day. Ask the receptionist for the free parking areas just out side the city - walking only 15 minutes and you see a bit more of this fab city. Nice hotel and helpful staff, I'll stay here again, and bring my wife next time - she would love it.

We spent one night in Hotel Spa La Casa Mudejar and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Excellent service, unbeatable central location with free parking relatively close. The spa also excellent, and there were only a few other people in it which made all the difference. We had dinner in the tapas bar downstairs - top quality food. We didn't have breakfast there but there are plenty of reasonable cafes nearby. All in all a highly recommendable hotel.

The only negative was no wifi in the hotel rooms.

Excelent building in the city of Segovia. Maybe it is not the most luxury one, but their rooms are very nice, big enough, totally cleaned. Service is very good, they also speaks English. If you don't know where to go in the city or a place to eat, ask them, as they give you all the information you might need, documentation in English, etc. Even if you don't like the spa, take a look at it, as they have a very good installations with a good design. It is not cheap at all. Maybe you have to walk just a little bit to go to some historical places, but Segovia is a little city and it don't take more than 15 minutes or so.

The location is absolutely fantastic, a stones throw from the Cathedral. Close to good restaurants.

The Hotel is a bit of a maze but the room was clean and functional. The bathroom was quite dark however, with no window. Bathroom lighting could be enhanced. Our room had no view except looking down through a skylight into the dining room. The bed was comfortable. Staff at reception were helpful and offered good advice.

We would stay here again but would also consider other options in Segovia.

Room Tip: Ask for one with a view.

We booked a family suite and I have to confess I was a little disappointed when we arrived because it didn't really live up to my expectations. Our teenaged children had twin beds that were positioned so that the person sleeping in the bed against the wall had to climb over the other bed (a foldaway) to get out. I might be wrong but I wondered if we were given a triple room and then a foldaway was squeezed in to accommodate us. That being said the position was fantastic and an easy walk to everything including the aqueduct and Plaza Mayor. Would I stay here again?? Probably, but I would go with much lower expectations and not rely on the pictures from the hotel website.

Right in the center of it all! Right up the main road. A skip outside of plaza mayor. Very helpful staff who spoke English well. Did not do breakfast there, but it was well priced 7€. The spa was totally worth the splurge. Roman ruins and a number of water stations to experience.

Room Tip: We ended up with two beds pushed together instead of a queen. However, this seems very common in Eur...

I stayed at the Casa Mudejar for one night in late May. This is a nice old hotel that has been completely renovated. It is about twenty feet from the Plaza Mayor and you can walk to everything from here- the Aqueduct, the Alcazar, the cathedral -within 15 minutes at most. The staff is nice and the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

A word about parking- the cost at the hotel was 17 euros a night. I ended up leaving the car at the public garage by the bus station for 14 Euros a night. The extra 3 euros for the hotel are certainly worth it when you consider that you would need to take a cab for 6 euros to the garage. The problem is that driving in Segovia in the old town is not for the faint of heart. I basically made one wrong turn, found myself on the narrowest street you could image, gave up and parked at the bus station which is outside the walls of old town. I HATE driving, so you may do better than I did.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a view, there are some (like mine) which look onto a neighboring wall
