City center location. Beautiful modern design with amenities, including full kitchen, full fridge, even drinks n bag of ice in that fridge. (Like a couple of other reviewers, I don't see this as a place people come to cook meals, but who knows?) We prepaid through booking.com for deluxe suite with breakfast for about 20€ less. Breakfast minimal.

We've been traveling 3 wks, so it was nice to have a comfy sofa, coffee table, whopper flat screen HD TV, terrific sheets and lots of pillows. Great lighting and many outlets for inevitable gizmo charging. That said, the stunning shower didn't drain (and who's going to try for hotel service at 10pm?), the soap dispensers are odd, and the free wifi worked only briefly Sun afternoon. Wifi was intermittent, but not restored, abt 9 next morning. For some travelers this may be a nonissue.

Staff pleasant and helpful. Compact but elegant lobby without all the wasted floor space you often find in city hotels. Wine bar space is beautiful. Ten-min walk to Plaza Mayor.

Until end of 2013, ask for room away from the street unless you decide 8:30 am jack hammering is a fair trade off for the lovely view of the church. This may be a room assigned for online booking agencies, which cost hotels more.

INFO FOR DRIVERS BELOW.

PARKING abt 15€. Garage entrance is from street behind the hotel (Calle de las Esgueva) and front entry is all the way around bldg facing the church on Solanilla. You need to get card key from front desk first to open door, then drive into car elevator, which descends to parking level. Not a prob for us on Sunday, but our Renault (unfortunately upgraded by rental car agency) would have required a fair amt of maneuvering during the week when garage busier.

CAUTION: CONSTRUCTION LATE 2013. Ave. Solanilla will be inaccessible until abt end of 2013. Water line replacement outside the entry, a minor inconvenience unless you have lots of luggage or are driving. Ck directions carefully! I had clear mapping on my ipad, but many of those little arrows went the wrong way. Finally stopped and asked a taxi driver, who routed us succinctly. When we went on those same streets, sure enough, we weren't going against traffic.

This hotel is perfect if you want to visit Valladolid as it is very centrally situated opposite the church of Santa Maria la Antigua and within the historical centre. It is very modern - the rooms are suites with kitchenette - very well furnished and equipped. Super comfortable beds. beautiful bathroom....like someone else has reported it is luxuriously comfortable. The staff were all charming and they have their own parking. As I said .....perfect.

We traveled throughout Spain and Nexus was one of our favorites! Our view from the room was the exact view shown in the photos. The room was nicely decorated, clean, fresh and offered everything we needed. One of the problems we experienced throughout Spain was having a cool hotel room but not a problem here! I was only with my daughter at this location and Nexus was perfect for us.

I stayed at Nexus when I visited my daughter in Valladolid. The place is simply beautiful, new, clean, great location. They also have their own winery so they had wine tastings, my daughter and I bought a bottle of white and a bottle of red and both were excellent. The breakfast in the morning was traditional Spanish fare, meat, cheese, lattes, fruit, and sweets. I enjoyed it, loved the coffee. Everything was in walking distance and the view of the church next door was amazing with all the people strolling by. The front desk spoke English and they were helpful and sweet. My room had a little kitchen and dining area, huge comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom. It looks just like the pictures in their website. I felt the price was excellent.

We stayed here for 2 nights in August, we had been travelling nearly 2 weeks at that stage and this was the perfect place to recharge our batteries in absolute luxury.
The apartment had everything we needed, comfortable king size bed, huge shower, hd t.v and a kitchen with all mod cons.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and I cannot recommend this hotel enough, pure luxury!!!

Although this hotel appears as a luxury hotel, there are lot of things that do not allow saying that. My room was a suit, with a sofa in front of the tv, but strangely there was a complete kitchen behind the sofa. There was a big fridge, a dishwasher, and everything as if you stay in an apartment hotel. I can not imagine a guest cocking in a room in Valladolid. An apartment hotel has sense in the seaside, or in a business city, and Valladolid, obviously is not it. The amenities in the bathroom were poor, and you have to take the shampoo and the gel from a unique rechargeable device in the wall of the shower. There was just a shower towel, so if you want to have a shower at night and when you get up, you have to use the same wet towel. The best is the location, close to the cathedral, and that is a quite hotel. The worst was the breakfast buffet. Just a couple of dishes with three industrial cakes and other two with three pieces of cold meet, a coffee machine and a jar of orange juice. That was all.
