We initially booked this transport service due to the taxi strike in Barcelona. Regardless of the strike which ended before we arrived we are glad we use this company it made everything so smooth with our travel. This company picked us up at the airport and took us to a hotel, the next day from the hotel to the cruise terminal and finally the cruise terminal to the airport. Each time the driver was there waiting with a sign with our name on it. The van was clean and had nice air conditioning. The drivers were all very friendly and helpful with where to go at the airport. I recommend using this company they are very reliable and will make your travels easier.

Thank you very much for your kind review and for trust in us. We really believe that any family travelling to our city does a good choice when booking a private transfer. We are always trying to do the best to give a good service. As you mention, the drivers were very friendly and helpful and our vehicles were clean and had nice air conditioning to provide a realiable pleasant transfer experience.
Although we’re sure you had an unforgettable experience cruising in the Vision of the Seas, we wish you had time to enjoy the wonderful views from the upper part of your hotel very close to Passeig de Gracia!
And if you had not enough time, we’re looking forward to meet you again in our city very soon!

We booked this service because of the Taxi strike to make sure we had transport to our hotel after our cruise and to the airport the following morning. As promised, the driver was waiting for us right outside the cruise terminal doors, he even came a bit early after I called to let them know we'd be off the ship earlier than expected.
The following morning, the driver arrived right at the hotel door, about 30 minutes early and dropped us right at the airport terminal doors. Gave us direction on where to go etc. The van was clean and comfortable and plenty of room for all of our luggage and 5 adults. I'd definitely recommend this service.

We really appreciate the comment about our vehicles. We always drive clean and well conditioned vehicles with big trunk for cruise travellers needs for a really comfortable transfer.
We are sure that all of you have enjoyed your privileged accommodation, located in the middle of the Gothic Quarter just few meters walking distance from The Cathedral, the Music Palace and Santa Caterina Market.
We hope you had a nice Mediterranean cruise travel during your 12 nights aboard the Vision of the Seas and that when you repeat your visit to our city we will be meeting you again!

We used BAT in Barcelona two times- one from the airport to the hotel we were staying at and then also from the cruise ship back to the airport. We had the same driver each time and he was so helpful not only with getting us to and from but helping with our luggage. He was also a great source of information regarding where to catch the shuttle to the ship as well as other things about Barcelona. We had to change the times of pick up both ways due to flight delays and then having to leave the ship sooner than previously thought and BAT was great with being able to accommodate the changes. At the time I set up for us to use BAT, I knew it would cost more than using a taxi but after reading the reviews decided to got with them for our transportation. I'm so glad we did as the taxis were on strike, so we would have had to use the buses or subway with several transfers with all our luggage. Would definitely encourage others to use this company for their travel needs. Our driver met us at the airport just as we got out of customs and then was 15 minutes early meeting us at the ship. Best money I ever spent for transportation!

I was very satisfied to book our transportation sevice 3 times in Barcelona with BAT by Bohigas. I read online the many reviews for different transportation service in Barcelona and glad I chose this company at the end. We are family of 7 joining a tapas tour in a less touristy neighborhood and also needed airport transfer. All 3 times we had same driver, Carlos, who is the owner of the company. The van was very clean and well maintained. Carlos arrived early each time waiting for us by cruise port, by end point of tapas tour and at hotel. He always wear smile on his face, very courteous, kind and caring. Carlos pointed out some city sights, even took us to see Gaudi's Casa Vicens and let us get off van to take pictures.
On the day that we got off the cruise ship, we accidentally saw Carlos waiting for other passengers, while we had booked with another tour company to pick us up. He greeted us and helped us called that company driver to find out where they were becasue he saw me being nervous about their whereabouts. He took very good care of us and made us feel like his family. Very sweet and touching!
