It was my first time in Barcelona. I spent some time browsing online before deciding which hotel I was going to book. Since Sagrada Familia was on top of my Barcelona list so I searched the hotel on google map that close to it, there I found Hotel Sant Antoni. As I always do before booking a hotel, reading the reviews from its previous guests in Tripadvisor, and Sant Antoni has good reviews. Based on those good reviews I booked right away, and I was not disappointed. The hotel was what I call ''to the point'' which I like best, no porter that carry your luggage up to your room and need to be tipped, you just rolled them to the elevator and all the way to your room. The room was immaculate, bathroom was good size and spotless, location was spot on, only a short walking distance to Sagrada Familia, there is a small shop in a gas station close by where you can buy drinks or snacks. I stayed in a twinbed room, there was no coffeemaking facility in my room but to be honest I don't really need it, so it was fine with me. Breakfast was included with good varieties, free WiFi in the room, staff were friendly and helpful.

Just pretty good hotel. It's 2 stars but the lady which takes care of breakfasts is their THIRD STAR! She is always in good mood. She can say "Hello" probably in every language of the world. Always smiling

Service - perfect. Staff is really friendly. "Breakfast lady" is the best!

Room - small but modern and clean (there was only some dust under the bed). Bedside cabinet and light was placed only on one side of double bed - it was really uncomfortable for one person. TV had some channels in English.

Beds - could be bigger but it was ok and comfortable.

Bathroom - modern, clean and big enough. We experienced lack of shelves or hooks for our cosmetics and clothes.

Breakfasts - it was better than I expected. There was some Spanish food (tortilla de patatas, chorizo, jamon), eggs, sausages, bacon, variety of fruits, cakes and some more.
The only disatvantage was coffee - it was awful. It was really weak and in fact didn't taste like a coffee.

Location - really good. 5 minutes walk to Sagrada Familia. 2 minutes walk to metro station. 30 minutes walk to city centre.

Close to Sagrada Familia (ca.300 mt),We have been 3 nights, 80 euros per night, the room was clean and no confusion at all, bathroom quite spacious. Close to Monumental metro gate (100 mt and 2 metro stops to city center) probably you can stay for bit higher price closer to city center but however is a good solution.

We stayed here one night before embarking on a cruise. We were not looking for fancy or expensive but were very pleased with what we found. Tucked away on a relatively quiet street for Barcelona, is the Hotel St. Antoni. Its glass front and interior decor are very sleek and modern. The rooms shared this theme and lack a bit of warmth but all the basics are there. For our short stay the bathrooms were key for a long hot showers after an exhausting, over-night flight and spending all day at Monasterio de Montserrat. The breakfast provided was excellent and very well prepared. The hostess was incredible friendly, and though she struggled with English, we had a wonderful time conversing while enjoying the great food she provided. The dining room shared the modern theme and was very clean. If you are looking for a great place to stay because you are all about being out in the city and not lounging in a room, then Hotel St. Antoni is a great choice when visiting Barcelona. 2-3 minutes to the Metro stop. 10-12 minute walk to Sagrada Familia. If you want a luxurious place to lounge and be pampered with extensive and expensive amenities then look elsewhere. The staff was very friendly, helpful with suggestion, arranging taxi service (which are very reasonably priced in Barcelona), making suggestion for restaurants and, in general, just making us feel at home and very welcome at their establishment.

Just returned from this lovely little hotel with my son as a woman I was a little apprehensive as I have never visited the city the staff are very friendly and helpful at all times and were more than happy to show you what you needed to know the train station was nearby and very easy to use the Sagrada was in walking distance and nou camp was approx.15minutes in a taxi costing approx.14 euros the rooms are very clean and seem under rated I have stayed in 3 and 4 star hotels many times and feel this deserves a 3 star rating breakfast was good and serving time was very good from 7am till 11am I would have no problem in booking to stay there again if I return to Barcelona it was a very enjoyable trip
