This is an absolute must see - has to be one of the most spectacular buildings I have ever visited!!! It is truly out of this world - gaudi is now an absolute favourite of mine - having visited park guell too!!!!! Breathtaking and mesmerising!!!! Best to book ticket in advance as queues can get very long! Worth seeing at night too - amazing when lit up!!!!!! Do not miss this!!!!!!!

Hmm - loads of tourists hanging about outside taking photos - interesting building façade - which continues on the inside - You are in Barcelona - so you need to do this - but don't expect to be overwhelmed

For what is accessible to view of Casa Batllo, it is truly stunning. The woodwork, plasterwork, windows and tiling all beautiful - but I wished there had been more to see. The inner stair well (which feels like you are under the sea) compels you to keep climbing up. when we visited there did seem to be a lot of visitors but not to the point the rooms were overwhelmed with bodies or frog marched forward at a pace you could not take it all in. There are limited areas to see which are not furnished - but the fantasy elements of the property demonstrate brilliant imagination and craftsmanship, it is a wonderful place to see.

We didn't go inside but it's mostly covered for renovation. Take the bus tours to catch all the attractions.

The most remarkable work of art, Casa Batllo was undeniably the highlight of my trip to Barcelona. Buy your ticket online, get there early and take your time to lose yourself in the details. The beauty and the organic flowing nature of Gaudi's design is truely all encompassing; I didn't want to leave...
