The staff was wonerful, and most everyone spoke some English. The location is great, just of Las Ramblas, particularly if you are there for a shorter trip. The rooftop deck/bar was very nice to have, and the food was decent, prices were also not too bad. There is a new pool, but it is very small so dont expect much except to cool off (but this is very common in Barcelona hotels). The rooms did lack nearly any windows, so natural light was virtually inexistent, but we found it no problem. The rooms were well sized, modern, and very clean. There was also free water and juice in the room everyday. Wifi was available in-room for a fee, or in the lobby or rofftop for free. Overall it was a great hotel.
