Arriving at prime time- 9pm- we had to wait about 15-20 mins behind the crowded bar for a table. The decor was pretty modern, with specials written on the bar mirror, near the jamon iberico that was hanging up. The wait allowed us to pore over the menu with our drinks, so we were ready to order when they sat us. We feasted on croquettes w/jamon, Argentinian beef skewers w farro, la Pepita Napolitana, and la Pepita Tuna w/ a soy glaze and avocado. We tried the crema Cataluna for dessert with some house cava - excellent. The good food made up for the teeny table we had! La Pepita seemed to be very popular with the locals, and we were glad we tried it.
