“A gem, off the beaten tourist path.”
Reviewed 18 February 2013 via mobile

In this utterly charming, rustic "farm house" in the city, in the cutest little city park near San Pau hospital, is what used to be catalan traditional restaurant, and now a wonderful little modern place and menu.

Unconfirmed rumor about some connection with el Bulli, though dont expect a gastronomic adventure.

Not very english friendly, but excellent service nonetheless.

Nice blend of both homey and innovative menu items. Excellent value.

If your out and about touring the architecture of San Pau, don't miss this little gem.

“Good food. Nice, rustic design. Wine tasting dinners available.”
Reviewed 17 June 2012

I went with a friend to for a wine tasting night with dinner included. There were two couples also at the same table taking part. It was a bit uncomfortable at first because in this sort of group setting with people you don't know, no one talks. After the sumiller starts the wine tasting and some food is served it was much more relaxed and fun. The food was very good and there was plenty of it. The wines and cava were mostly nice, but it depends on your taste. The sumiller's 'lesson' was interesting. I don't know if it was good value for money as it was a gift from a friend who bought it via one of those group buying or discount sites. I think it was El Tenedor.
