Barcelona can be a bit daunting in July however very fun. The Hotel Arc La Rambla is the perfect location to take in all the sites. It’s very close to the metro and accessible to walk throughout the area. In spite of the chaos that may go on the streets of La Rambla with waves of people, the Hotel was quiet, quaint and comfortable. The breakfast is very good and a great way to start the day. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location. Right on Las Ramblas, Easy check in. Very helpful staff. we had a front balcony room and we were worried about the noise from the street, needn’t have as the doors are pretty much completely soundproof. Breakfast was ok, though the toaster literally takes around 10 minutes. Clean room and bathroom. Very comfortable. Could’ve done with another chair for the balcony. Plenty of plug sockets, a working fridge which was useful. The safe in the room didn’t work though.

This hotel was a great find, excellent location, great staff, facilities and amenities.
HOTEL - Exceptionally clean, fresh towels and accessories, deep bath with great shower, fresh linen, comfortable bed, air con and hairdryer. Balcony overlooking las ramblas which was great for people watching and as soon as you close the doors... silence. Plenty sockets, a tv, desk, phone, fridge and safety deposit box all in the room with plenty storage too. Internet area just off reception, the hotel also has free wifi throughout.
STAFF - very attentive, helpful and accomodating 24 hours a day. Help book any activity and provide great advice. Could not fault them at all.
LOCATION - The Ark is at the bottom of las ramblas (on the left as you look up from the port). Perfectly central.
TIP - lockers are available for any reason from arriving early, checking out late or just dropping stuff off in the middle of the day, located through the back to the right from the main entrance and cost €2 (€2 coin door lock to release the key - non refundable).
We intend to stay here whenever visiting Barcelona going forward, everything we could have asked for in a hotel and not at all expensive. #HotelArkLaRambla

Our family of four stayed in a great apartment in El Born neighborhood last week. We returned to Barcelona from Costa Brava for our last two days , and I decided to stay some place a little different. Las Ramblas is not our favorite hang out, but I loved looking down on the scene from our balcony . Our teenagers room had a largish terrace that looked out back, at the the graffiti and narrow streets. We ate lunch there from the good we brought back from the Boqueterua Market .
I liked being close to Raval. We spent a Kate Saturday night at an outdoor neighborhood party/concert ( Raval Against the Machine) after a fantastic meal at Na Mindona. I wouldn’t want to be here for our whole stay, but perfect for a couple nights.

Stayed in Barcelona 2 days prior to getting on a Cruise! This hotel is amazing! Cute balcony right on La Rambla Street! Very clean.
Short ride to port.
Central location for shopping and great cuisine.
There is a bank across the street in order to get currency exchange.
I would definitely stay here again!
