I had planned to get the Aerobus (airport bus) straight into Placa Catalunya and just as well as there was a taxi strike on the day we arrived. As our hotel was only 5 blocks from the square, and having a wee map on my phone, we managed to find our hotel easily. On arrival we were warmly greeted and check in process was smooth. We booked a top room on 9th floor giving us a small balcony with table and chairs. The room was nice and clean and had everything we needed. If you like a large bed, then this hotel is for you. Bathroom is not the biggest but wasn't a problem. Benefits of this room were were tea/coffee facilities, free room safe and balcony. (You may want to specify which side of building you'd prefer to stay on if you have preference to morning or evening sun). Buffet breakfast was good with cereal, pastries, cold and hot buffet items. Hot buffet isn't most extensive selection but that wasn't a problem for me. (There are a couple of places nearby that do breakfast if eating in hotel doesn't suit). Check out was fine and hotel will happily store luggage if you have a late flight home. Tip for ladies - in the toilet on the pool level, there is a plug socket. So not only was I was able to freshen up, I was able to make my hair look presentable for the journey home.

My wife and I stayed here on a city break weekend it was a pleasure the food was good services excellent rooms small but very nice. Pool on the roof is small but adequate. The hotel is well appointed for a number of very good restaurants within walking distance and also the tourist bus routes. Barcelona what a city enjoy.

Stayed in the Europark hotel on a trip to Barcelona and wasn't disappointed. The room was very modern, spacious and comfortable, and I really liked the decor. The WiFi was fast and free, and I was impressed with the hotel's food too. The lobby staff were great and were very helpful with tips on where to eat and what to do. There's plenty of great restaurants very close to the hotel as well as supermarkets if you're feeling a bit peckish.

It's only about seven minutes walk to the airport train, and about the same to Girona metro station.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and it's evident that the management have very fine attention to detail!

The rooftop pool is nice to relax by and the gym is quite good too.

We enjoyed the four nights we stayed in Barcelona. I would recommend this hotel to others and would return in the future if I visit again. The location was good for all the sights we wished to see. Didn't get a chance to use the pool, but the area looked OK.

Stayed for seven nights. Arrived before lunchtime with the rooms being available from three in the afternoon but we were able to leave our luggage in a side room.
Rooms are a good standard with a kettle, and tea and coffee although no milk. We ended up buying cappuccino sachets from the nearby supermarkets.
Would also suggest putting up the Do Not Disturb sign on the door to prevent housekeeping disturbing you too early (they wanted to clean our room from 0930). With teenaged children we were unlikely to be out of our rooms in the early mornings!
All in all, the hotel was in a good location, close to the Passeig de Gracia metro for the airport, and even closer to Girona for Las Ramblas and Barceloneta.

It is a couple of years since we last visited Balcelona and it was nice to be staying at the Europark again.

We stayed for seven nights this time, from the 15th June until the 22nd and again we stayed in a superior double room.

Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out, the staff were friendly and helpful but not intrusive, room service/housekeeping was quick and efficient. The room was excellent with a huge bed and a lovely bathroom all done in a tasteful black and white theme.

The Wi-Fi is not very powerful in the room but this was hardly a problem as there are computers for use on the ground and first floors, even a printer for online check-in for onward flights.

The location, in our opinion is great. Easy walking distance to all the major attractions. We only used a taxi twice, to and from the airport. We walked everywhere else, although that might not be for everyone. we enjoy exploring on foot, you find all these unexpected treasures, architectural, cultural and culinary. For us that is part of the joy of exploring a city.

In summery the Europark is ideally located, very comfortable with excellent staff and reasonably priced for the quality. Well done and keep it up! :)

Room Tip: Although it seems strange, we liked the rooms that overlooked an inner courtyard with everyday thing...

We spent four nights at this lovely hotel in a superior room, which was large, with a super-king-sized bed and gorgeous bathroom. We had a small balcony, although I doubt a chair would fit easily. Arago is a busy street and our room was at the front so we were worried about traffic noise, but once we closed the doors it was barely discernible. The hotel has a small rooftop pool and a gym, neither of which we used, as it's conveniently located to lots of the sights, so we got plenty of exercise just walking everywhere. It has reliable WiFi and a computer with printer, which we used to print tickets that we'd booked online - and our airline boarding passes. The breakfast buffet was excellent!
