“Great hotel in a good location and very reasonably priced”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 7 August 2009

Good, clean hotel with modern and stylish rooms. The buffet breakfast was good and consisted of a variety of cereals, continental meats/cheeses as well as hot items and provided a solid basis for a days sightseeing. The rooms are well furnished with LCD TV, safe, mini bar and hairdryer. The Europark is centrally located so a number of the tourist attractions can be reached on foot. A metro station and the tourist bus stop are also close by. If you are looking for a nice hotel in a good location at a reasonable price then this is a great chioice.

My husband and I stayed here with our kids, aged 20 and 18, in mid July. The lobby and rooms were modern and stylish and clean. The kids had a corner room which was quite large, ours was slightly smaller but still of ample size with good storage in the wardrobe. Big flat screen tellys with Spanish and English channels. The rooms were clean and cool and well maintained throughout our stay. The staff were courteous and efficient. We ate breakfast at the hotel only on the last day and though it is a bit pricey at 13 euro per person, there was a huge selection of cold and cooked foods including eggs and bacon. We all ate our fill and definitely got our money's worth.
The location is about a 10 minute walk to Placa de Catalunya so not dead central but an easy walk. Very close to Casa Battlo and Passig de Gracia, an amazing street for shopping.
The pool on the roof, though small, was a real treat and the wide cushioned benches make a comfortable place to have your siesta. There is even some shade on the roof if you prefer not to bake in the sun.
We would definitely stay there again!

Good location, clean rooms with classy design, roof terrace with a (small and ice-cold, but still) swimming pool, very friendly staff...
I would certainly recommend this hotel!

A great city hotel which is close enough to las ramblas to walk within a few minutes but far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle if wanted.
Spotlessly clean hotel, lovely roof terrace and pool area
Close to Metro station for easy access of city and surrounding areas
Having travelled extensively I found this excellant value for money and would definately stay again and recommend to others.

We loved this hotel for the rooms, location, quietness and cleanliness and rooftop pool, which gets crowded every time we were there. You could walk to Sagradda Familia which is superb and Cas Mila. We walked to Ramblas and Bari Gotic and basically everywhere, except we hopped on the metro to Barcelonetta, and after walking all day when we needed a break. . Buy the 10 person pass which can be used for the metro and bus. We stayed for a week here and went on a great day trip to Firguerres to see the Dali museum and then we went to Gironna for the Old City. We could have stayed overnight there and enjoyed that city with great plaza'a and Tapas Bars.
One block away is the best food market and it is really a must. We had Manchego cheese sliced and ham and fesh fruits and bread in the morning for our breakfast. It's enjoyable to watch how they filet the fish and the assortment of what they have. The coffee is made by the cup and small but worth it, the best! We had coffee at the market place at the end of the food carts. We really used this market place. We never ate breakfast at the hotel since we viewed it and were not impressed at all.
So we booked this from everyone's review and it was a great value for sure. The rooms are all black and white and done really wll. The bathrooms were also nice and the water pressure was amazing. It turned out to be a great experience. We booked aerocity shuttle to pick us up to to go to the airport and it is the way to go. It was a superb trip in a city that never sleeps. Walk to all the highlights and metro it, thye are all close by and bring walking shoes or sneakers you really need it.

The hotel is very comfortable. Nice situation. Very close to shopping area. 20 min by foot to Rambla. Personnel on the reception speak English and ready to help with all the questions. There is a great view on the night city from the terrace on the 8-th floor (swimmig pool situated). The supermarket and market are situated on the same street. There are not many restaraunts on this street, but you can walk 10-15 minutes to te main area with food or you can eat in the hotel.
