Nice hotel placed in good location!
We spent 4 nights there and can not say anything bad.
Few bars just the corners, nice atmoshpere to have fun and enjoy evening after daylight trip in Barcelona.
Room was big enough to feel comfortable

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights in April for my 30th birthday... The hotel is really clean and the rooms are really spacious. The beds are big and comfy too. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels changed twice in the four days we were there.
Breakfast was good with a selection of pastries and your standard continental meats, cheeses etc, there wasn't a huge amount to choose from but it was good quality. There was only one staff member working at breakfast which at times struggled to serve everyone however he worked extremely hard and always greeted us with a friendly smile and asked us if we would like coffee and eggs.
The location is good and the open top tour bus has a stop right outside the hotel which is convenient and easy. The hotel isn't too far from the main road which has plenty of restaurants and bars, there is also a taxi rank opposite the hotel however taxis are easy to get as you can flag them down if they are empty.
The hotel is nice and quite and has a closed balcony which makes a huge difference to the busy road down below, I'd definitely stop here again!

Rather good location, not far from the city center, big room with nice balcony. Metro station is in 10 minutes by walk. A few nice restaurants are close to the hotel. Only two suggestions for improvement: to replenish tea/coffee bags (during the stay only one time were replenished), receptionist was not aware of main attractions working hours/schedule changes and that's why gave the wrong info.

While staff are nice, but the rooms were very standard, considering the allegation of four stars. Breakfast was a marathon for the cook/waiter/washer/customer service one man. We called him 'The Super Man' he is by himself, washing, preparing coffee, washing dishes, making coffee, making your liked eggs. We salute him, but felt sorry for him. I felt like going to help him. So the service was some what below average. The breakfast had very limited variety.

This hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk from Hospital Clinic and Diagonal Station (but make sure you know the short cuts!). There was 12 in our group & the hotel kindly upgraded our 3 rooms to their superior ones. It was my birthday & the staff went out of their way to make it so special- they bought in a cake especially for our group. Big thanks to Sheshen & Omar - they were amazing! The rooms were a great size with a partition for the children. They were modern, clean and we had a lovely view. We were upgraded so it's worth asking. This hotel is great value for money considering its location, the rooms and quality. Would love to go back!
