“Peaceful Park”
Reviewed 2 May 2014

A beautiful garden on the outskirts of Barcelona., though with a slightly tired look. Enjoyed the solitude as there were only a couple of other people there when I visited on a March morning. Tackled the maze and managed to get out again without too much difficulty! Some areas of the gardens are very formal, some more natural.

Probably not one of the must-do attractions in Barcelona, but very pleasant when staying longer or on a return visit. Thanks to Demaris B, (another reviewer) for good directions as it is not signposted from the metro station. Take note before you go.

“Splendid and Fun Park!”
Reviewed 29 April 2014

I think for me this was one of the highlights of our trip - the Park is located way out of the tourist district, and therefore it's not overcrowded with a ton of people. The park was 2.23 per person to get it in and it's gorgeous and fresh! The labyrinth part of the park was the most fun - there were some kids there yes but not over run by them! And when you look at the maze itself it doesn't seem like it would be that hard to get out of and I mean it wasn't terribly difficult, but it was fun!

I'd highly recommend this park if you are looking for less crowds, beautiful gardens, and a nice walk!

“Romantic and beautiful albeit a little run down”
Reviewed 24 March 2014

Very cheap to get in at under €3 per adult. We made the mistake of going to Horta Metro only to find out it wasn't near there, it is at Mundet instead. Very pretty gardens, with few visitors when we went to see it on a week day at 16:00. It is a little bit run down which is why I think they should have charged more for entry to allow them to do it up a bit. As it is outside of central Barcelona I would recommend taking a picnic on a sunny day and spending 2/3 hours. I preferred it to Park Guell.

“My favorite park in the world”
Reviewed 23 February 2014

If you love historical European gardens, or to get lost in a maze, this is the park for you. This park has several different "rooms" or different types of gardens, all very well maintained. There is a small entrance fee, but it is well worth it to support this garden.

“Nice place in the outskirts”
Reviewed 7 January 2014 via mobile

Beautiful gardens, quiet place (except for some annoying kids) and the laberynth itself is quite fun. It's something different to do besides all the classic attractions in Barcelona. However, if you're short of time, I'd skip it since it's a bit far away.
