“Quaint Little Barcelona Cafe”
Reviewed 29 May 2014

My husband and I stumbled upon this little place and had a great breakfast. He ordered a cheese omelette and I ordered a small bocadillo with an orange juice and a water. The food was absolutely delicious, but the price was around 15 euros, which was pretty expensive for the small amount of food we ate.

“Great Solomillo de buey”
Reviewed 13 May 2014

A very nice cafetaria! Nice atmosphere. Good service. Starters likes salads are big! The Solomillo is (250 Gr) is GREAT! Beware that you pay for the bread. That's a minus we think. You don't ask for it but pay €3 anyhow. Starters are best to share. Wine is good.
Price-quality is in balance.

“Nice French food in Barcelona”
Reviewed 25 April 2014

It's not always possible to find a decent restaurant that opens throughout the day, Cafe Emma is one of them! Love the bread, and the anchovy spread that came with the bread! Food is very good, service was a little slow, but the duck confit made up for it.

“Not a cool place to visit”
Reviewed 5 March 2014

A very cool site according to the agendas of Barcelona. But neither the price nor the unfriendly waiters deserve a visit from anyone. A nothing special and very expensive card that is just fashionable but not good.

Would not recommend. There are far better than this. In fact, it's a bad choice to go.

“Everything great, not excellent due to the wine list”
Reviewed 21 December 2013

The food and service is great; we had salmon, burrata, beef tartar, lobster macaroni, hake lasagna, and a chocolate coulant with sweet wine. My only problem with the wine list is that all of the wines are French and, if you have not tried them beforehand, you don't really know what to expect (unless you ask). I would recommend adding the grapes below the wine description.
