“Amazing hotel in an amazing location”
Reviewed 29 August 2014

Facilities: truly 4*, if not 5*. All you need in the bathroom, amazing balcony overlooking the main street (6th floor), very modern looks

Location: cannot ask for more, super-close to Las Rambla.

Staff: friendly, professional.

Would be 1st choice, should we ever come back to Barcelona.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a balcony overlooking the street. Best rooms are at the 6th floor.

The hotel is pretty much what I expected. Nothing to fancy, but clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A short walk to Las Ramblas and lots of good restaurants and bars. Would stay here again.

The hotel is in the best location and we walked everywhere without any problems. it also has a taxi station on the corner which was great. The rooms were clean, the bath was very good - including the shower water power! We had a room without view but that was not a problem for us. The team in the reception was very helpful and gave us all we asked for. We did not eat in the hotel, because on the corner there are 2 really nice small coffee shops with great bakery stuff! worth it.
I will go to this hotel next time i get to Barcelona.

Room Tip: first floor is only few steps and easy to get to the room.

This is a good hotel about 1 and half blocks from plaza catlunya - not too far to walk. Its on the main road, but we nonetheless found the rooms very quiet and comfortable.

We had a room with two Jacuzzi's - one in the bathroom and one on the sun deck attached to the room. To be honest we didn't use them... We kept thinking what a waste of space in the bathroom, because the shower was kind of pokey, and the Jacuzzi bath tub so big.

Bed was comfortable and the air con worked well. Only complaint was the wifi was so weak in the room. A few times I had to go out on the balcony to get a signal.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, as it seemed a little overpriced for what you got. So we just went around the corner to a little café instead.

All in all a good solid choice of a hotel.

We spent 3 nights here on the beginning of our month in Europe. The hotel room was great and we especially liked the dressing area with mirror, basin and powerpoint which allowed me to do my hair and makeup while the bathroom was in use by my partner. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great and most facilities were in easy walking distance. Would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to others.

Helpful staff, top service, good location.

Arrived for a night, got an upgrade to the top suite, nice terasse view, 2 jacuzzis (could be more clean, we did not used it anyways..). Bed was very confortable. Hotel staff was very helpful and willing to welcome.

Room Tip: last minute bookings can easily come with upgrade and breakfast deal.

The stars say four but it squeaks by at three. Lobby may be nice and location not bad but the rooms are dreadful. Old plastic laminate furniture and the worst mattresses and linens. We had planned to stay six nights and checked out after one night. Very disappointed.

Room Tip: Find another hotel.
