This restaurant managed by the famous chefs Albert & Ferran Adria is a gastronomic Japan & Peru fusion restaurant, nikkei cuisine. The decor is original, beautiful and casual. the room is small, only few tables. The service is very good and professional. They propose 2 fixed menus (95 and 125€), no a la carte option. Oysters, ceviche, seafood, fish, a bit of chicken and a light 3 bites desserts.
Count at least 2h30 for the long menu, no pause, just a good rythme of small dishes like mini tapas plates of delicate food.
