Close to the Sagria Familia and in the centre of Barcelona. Our apartement was at the back with a nice terrace, clean and tranquil.very nice staff at reception and although not new interior, it was a very nice, spacious apartement.

A family of 4 with teenage girls we’ve done plenty of city breaks and try out lots of city accommodation and this one was great for our needs. Very clean, spacious, so quiet and a little balcony to sit out on. We had a room on the 5th floor at the rear overlooking the courtyard and it was a lovely way to wake up. The metal shutters make the rooms pitch black at night and are easy to roll up in the day.
Rooms cleaned every day and fresh towels provided if you wanted them every day too.
Perfect for the Sagrada Familia, we never sickened of walking past every day, but if you’re wanting to be part of the action, these apartments are a good 2 mile walk to the beach and to the more central parts of Barcelona.
There are so many little bars and restaurants around that we stayed local most nights. Avoid Trabucaire bar and restaurant on the corner facing up towards the Sagrada Familia as it’s horrifically overpriced and we were totally ripped off!
Otherwise, don’t hesitate to book these apartments, yes they’re basic but they’re great value for money and so clean.

Spent 4 nights here, close to Sagrade Familia temple, however next time I would book something closer to the beach. Couple of supermarkets only down on the road which was very convenient. We had a balcony overlooking Sagrade Familia. Bed were comfortable, however road was very noisy, woke up couple of times middle of the night for shouting from the main road as windows weren’t great. Wifi was very slow so we had to pay extra for fast wifi.

Apartment itself is nice and clean, a bit small but adequate. Supermarket at the corner was great. Parking garage right under the apartment, which was an awesome feature for us since we actually rented a car. You don't need a car, but we had seniors with us so car made it easier. The "blankets" on the beds were essentially bed sheets, we only found one real blanket in the closet and had to ask for more, which they gave. The worst part was that all the windows were essentially boarded shut from the outside of the window, so you can't see out the windows at all. We just saw metal shutters outside the windows. The only window we could see out was in the kitchen with a tiny window looking into other units across the courtyard. Felt like living in the dungeon. Other than that, price was reasonable for a good location. If I had to choose all over again, I'd choose to stay closer to the Gothic Quarter than to Sagrada Familia, but that's just personal preference. Also, there's always someone at the lobby. We saw several guys taking shifts in our 3 nights there, all were nice except for one grumpy guy.

Very close to La Sagrada Familia but a little away from the La Rambla area. Very spacious, air conditioned, clean apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room and a kitchen.
Price was a bit high. Did not have view of the church. Internet was slow. We came in on Friday evening and stayed for 2 nights. The (Friday) front desk man was a little cranky but the other man was more friendly and kind. He helped to call the taxi when we left.
