This is one of the best hotels we have seen. The location is perfect (very central), breakfast was fantastic and the service was great. The hotel is absolutely worth its price and we will definitely come back!

We popped in at 5.30 for a drink, excellent table with views all over Barcelona. Well worth a visit, not too expensive either.
Service was second to known. Although you do have to book for a table from20.00hrs. So we've booked again for our last night.

The hotel location was ideal. We loved the noise from Las Ramblas. The rooftop pool was absolutely amazing. Staff were lovely. The only tiny criticism I do have is the menu for room service wasn't good.

Right in the heart of Las Rambla, Barcelona's busiest pedestrian street that's full of life and tourists.

The hotel is very well maintained with lovely staff that are always at your service. Loved their pools, though the rooftop pool was freezing, still the view of Barcelona is wonderful. The basement pool at the gym was an indulging experiance with their jacuzzi style area at the corner. Breakfast was lovely. what I realized is that you need to book in advance because it's always fully booked.

Will be back again soon.

I stayed at this beautiful hotel for 5 nights in August. I am really sorry that I did not stay longer as this hotel has a lot to experience. The pools look clean and fun. The roof terrace had spectacular views and by 6 pm was booked with party people. The bar in the lobby served good cocktails. The breakfast in the restaurant was served in an elegant environment and was tasty and abundant. A bit expensive but totally worth it.
The hotel is ideally situated. The rooms are beautiful. We had a classic queen and it was a decent size and faced a courtyard. Quite cute. The lobby is beautiful. The rooms had bottles of water and there was an invitation to tea in the lobby but we could not figure out if these were complimentary. Definitely the most comfortable beds that I have ever slept in and my husband agrees. We both have lower back problems. The bathroom was well appointed and it was refreshing to have large windows and doors in both the bathroom and bedroom so that they can be opened and the fresh air can come in. Good for drying light laundry too.
The staff was always pleasant and helpful. No iron in the room. Apparently it is not standard to have an iron in the hotel rooms in Barcelona..
Ideally located for our family. Our adult children would go on their own during the day and we could easily meet up in the evenings and then separate again for dinner. They liked going to the nearby pub and we ate at the restaurant downstairs, Luzia, 3 times in our short stay.Great sangria and food at Luzia. Serving portions on the conservative side. Reasonable prices.
Loved being on Las Ramblas. After a hectic day of sightseeing you could always get something to eat, crepes, ice cream etc. on your way back to the hotel.
Good location also for pick up for tours and trips. Everything seemed as if it was just 10 minutes away.

Room Tip: We had a room on the 4th floor facing a courtyard. At nights you would hear the noise of the party...

Don't know where to start.

The location is great. Easy to get to, well in prime time to everything.

The staff are super helpful, fun and nice. They actually seem to have fun at their jobs and are pretty forward if you want to know the fun things to do around Barcelona, even though you can pretty much step outside and find anything.

The residences are so well taken care of, clean, nice beds, baths.

Amenities, Wifi was free I think, or I never got billed for it. The pool downstairs Wow I have to go back just for this. I can't believe that someones imagination can create such a beautiful structure, underground in a basement. You need to go just to see it. Plus theres all sorts of little hydraulics and fountains. Better than DIsneyland. haha, But we are the dolphins.

And the rooftop bar and pool, just perfect. You can sit up there, even many people not in the hotel go on the weekend. SO clearly, it is that nice. My only "beef" is there is none, just veal. Which I will never eat baby cow. They should seriously add a regular burger/steak to the menu. But thats about it. My stay was in August/Sep of 2013, so maybe they have updated this. Long needed review. I stayed at the W also in Barcelona, was nice, def better for nightlife and obviously the beach but this hotel is just as great in other respects. So check it out.

Just a classy, fun place, Go alone like I did or with your sig other. Either way you will have a blast.

Room Tip: Bring your bathing suit ! The 2 pools, rooftop and below ground are awesome.

Arrived at the hotel to be left waiting fifteen minutes to check in and when we arrived at the desk we were greeted by a lady named monika who proceeded to talk to another customer on the phone while we were checked in. We had booked in for a 30 minute massage that evening and I only received a 20 minute massage. I checked with the lady who did it and was told "That's it"!!!!
I spoke to the general manager at the end of my stay and did not receive a suitable arrangement. Very poor customer service by these staff. On the plus side the hotel was nice especially the rooftop terrace breakfast and the location is excellent in the centre of la rambla.
