Passing through on our way from Almeria to London. We were warmly greeted by our host Rosa. She helped us get settled in and recommended what to do with such a short time. We did the open air bus which was perfect. She also gave us transport options for the airport ride for the following day. Good location, nice clean room. We had a triple, spacious and good bathroom. Hope to return to this bustling city and spend more time. Will return to Petit Hotel!

Great place to stay. Very kind and warm staff that help you in any way they can. Very clean rooms and in a beautiful, safe and quite neighborhood not so far from pl. Catalynia. Also very good transportation near to the hotel.

First impression was friendly. Luis welcomed us and the cleaning lady prepared our room eventhough we arrived early. Luis explained everything clearly and show us the attractions on the map. We get to meet Rosa on the third day. She is really friendly and show us how to go to Montserrat. Apart from that, she introduced us to a restaurant and explained us more on Barcelona's culture.

It is difficult to find a quiet room in Barcelona, but here you can find one. Our room in the back was rather small but clean and cosy. The little disadvantage is the toilet and bathroom are separate (but only for you). Many thanks to Rosa and Louis for answering all our questions and for their useful advice. There is always one of them to help. Hasta la vista.

Room Tip: A room in the back is a bit dark but quiet.

My husband and I stayed here for just one night as I had to sit an exam in Barcelona. I have never been to Barcelona before and was very nervous about the whole thing. Thankfully Leo made us feel very welcome, pointed out some places to eat and information about the area in general. The room was basic but clean, with a comfy bed, shower room, table and chairs to eat breakfast (should you wish) and a television, all in perfect working order. There are a variety of breakfast options with very reasonable prices. All in all, I'm only sorry that we could not have made our trip to Barcelona and the Petit Hotel longer. Hopefully next time!

Stayed in a triple room in July. Clean and basic as it is a guest house, yet pleasant. In a nice safe quiet location, with plenty of bakery shops nearby. The star role goes to the staff who can really help you make the most of a short stay in Barcelona with their good local knowledge, suggestions and advice. Easy to travel around the city, after a 5 min walk to the train stop or a bus across the street if you want to go straight to the harbour. Or if you are energetic and not in a hurry you can walk along the main roads to see the sights

Room Tip: The rooms vary in size, and the price will reflect this. We stayed in 2 different rooms, one a more...

Have a nice stay in a cosy and well-furnished room with all kind of recommendations and the best advices about the city that you will not find in the tourist guides. We will provide you great service at affordable prices. All rooms have TV, mini-bar, air conditioning and heating. We offer you a double room with a Queen size bed, all other rooms have 2 single beds and if you wish we can add more beds. If what you need is a single room, don't worry: You may profit from one of our nice twin rooms for a lower price. Most of our rooms have their own inside private bathroom. But some rooms have their own private bathrooms located outside of the room. However you will receive a key to your nice and spacious outside bathroom which will be exclusively for your own use. Advantage? The rooms with outside bathrooms are not only more affordable, but the bathrooms are beautiful and more spacious as well. We offer you a simple and little breakfast for only 2,90 €, perfect to begin your day. And please feel free to sleep in late: We have no time limit for it during the whole morning. You're on vacation, aren't you? La Rambla is famous but it is not the only interesting place in Barcelona! There are very beautiful and interesting areas you need to know. Our neighborhood is certainly one of them: Sarria-St. Gervasi is one of Barcelona's wealthiest districts, central, much appreciated by the locals, well connected, very safe, quiet and very commercial at the same time. You will find the best shops of the city because we are on the Barcelona Shopping Line. Around our house you will find ample parking and we also offer you a special price in a parking garage, only a few meters from us. Our area is one of the most charming of the city, surrounded by some of the most popular local nightclubs and pubs, and a variety of restaurants at every price range. Nearby and with easy access: The Camp Nou football stadium, the Trade Fair Centre of Barcelona, the most famous clinics (we are just in front of the ophthalmological clinic Barraquer), only 3 subway stops from Plaza Catalunya, 15 min. walk to Paseo de Gracia, and 5 min. walk to the avenue Diagonal. ... more   less
