This is a truly fantastic place to eat. The whole premise of the restaurant is tapas buffet. You select what you would like from a range of about 50 choices and then save the stick it comes with to tally up your bill at the end. This allows you to control your portions and combinations to your own perfection. It's also in the corner of a lovely square with an art gallery and cathedral. The only downside is that there is a limited number of options if you're a vegetarian that does not eat fish. Between the croquettas, tortilla and patatas bravas, I was happy. :) Definitely worth a visit and meal.
