Ok, this is a fish market. You wait in line, pick your fish, which is presented on ice. They weigh it and cook it the way you want. Then the kitchen calls your number and you go up to retrieve it. It doesn't come out all at once....but this is delicious! And very inexpensive for us northern Europeans. About 15 euros per person without wine.
Do not miss the Ciperonnes! They are tiny baby squids that are fried. They melt in your mouth (300 grams per person is more than enough).
The only drawback to this place is that it is noisy. That is why I prefer lunch, when there are less people.
