“Enjoyable night at Greys with children”
Reviewed 20 August 2014

It was all a surprise to us, we came for a dinner and there was live jazz swinging band playing, amazing atmosphere. Service very friendly, good selection of wine. I had beautiful gambas and my husband had lamb, our guests went for salmon. All was very nice. Children did not fancy anything from the menu so the chef has prepared some chicken and bits for them. Another time we came for lunch and we had street performers entertaining children from just outside the restaurant. Highly recommendable place on the sea front.

“Good but not amazing”
Reviewed 18 August 2014 via mobile

Visited greys on holiday based on location and a good choice on the menu. Our waiter was very pleasant and helped with choices on the menu. While the starters were delicious both I and my girlfriend were underwhelmed by our mains. I had a steak and she had paella. There was too much salt with the steak and the paella was bland. With a little better flavour on the main it would have been a brilliant meal

“Great food, friendly service”
Reviewed 14 August 2014

The food was lovely, and although it's a bit pricey, it's not over the top and it still fairly relaxed. We had a good time here.

“Great Place!”

Had a great meal at Greys. My starter was cheese ravioli which was devine! I could have eaten it all night . The main was rack of Lamb which was also delicious. You can't go wrong here!

“Mixed in quality but frienly staff”
Reviewed 9 August 2014

The food overall was disappointing - based on the reviews and location the four of us were looking forward to a delicious meal. Three of the starters were not good - the calamari was undercooked with a strange floury taste, and two others had far too much crystallised salt poured over them. Two of the main courses - one a pasta were not good either- overcooked, very salty and prawns that were a mix of fresh and mushy textures. The ingredients for a good restaurant are there but more effort in food preparation and avoiding adding salt to the final stages of the dish would be good. Friendly staff though.
