I came to Sitges to celebreate my 40th birthday, so the hotel decided to upgrade us to the top floor suite. what can I say ? Everything about this stay, the service, their restaurant, its location, etc..was just perfect.

Room Tip: book with a room with a "sea view". It's a bit more expensive, but the last thing you...

We stayed for 10 days in September. Booked their most expensive room for a sea view with balcony. Superior double I believe it was called?

Easy check in, able to leave our bags whilst room was being prepared, nothing was too much hassle. Our balcony was amazing, lovely view and intimate, only one other balcony on the opposite side and nobody ever sat there. Room quality is good, not amazing but good. It was a big room, standard bathroom etc. Beds felt a little hard to sleep on and took some getting used to.

BIG TIP: THE MINIBAR IS FREE AND RESTOCKED DAILY!. We were not aware of this we only found out after overhearing couple at breakfast tell the table next to them. Lets just say we took advantage from then on!

Breakfast tip: Go before 10am. After 10am it isn't really "replenished" so no more pastries and hot food if they run out etc. So get there early and you'll have a lovely continental breakfast with ease.

It seems the restaurant and sky lounge closes for winter from mid-Septemberish so be sure to book before then if you want to use any of those facilities. The sky lounge on the roof has a fab view of the coastline, plush seats, quite empty and a serviced bar, definitely was a big plus for our trip. Tried the restaurant once, it was nice, nothing amazing but good value for what was served.

It is very close to the gay beach (it is opposite it), which is good if you're a gay couple like us ;) The pool on the top is small but that is standard for Sitges. It certainly did well if you couldn't be bothered with the sea. Very close to the centre but nice and quiet. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Finally....the maid, whoever you were, you are amazing. She definitely has a sense of humour. I really REALLY liked the fact when we left DND on our door all day they still left a bag of fresh towels, toiletries etc for us to collect when we got home even though we asked them not to service the room during the day. Not had a hotel do this before, extremely welcome when you just want fresh towels but cab letting the maid in for the day to tidy up. Thankyou again!

Room Tip: Pick one on the first floor with a balcony for a great sea view.

Perfect Location. Stayed there for 3 nights. I took a room with a sea view and the view was awsome. The hotel is right next to the beach. Room was big, clean and well maintained. Little far from the railway station, better to take a taxi if you got big luggages. Service could be a little better. I didn't use the roof top pool. The restuarant offers a great spanish cusine and they are pretty fast in serving ! I ordered a duck roast and got it in 5 mins !

The location, right on the front was perfect for the beach and lively nightlife literally around the corner.

The rooftop pool with its view over Sitges is a definite novelty but it didn't seem much used when I was there

The hotel is remarkable peaceful day and night considering I was there on a very noisy week with thousands on the streets every night. I was not disturbed at all.

The buffet breakfast was good and available for a whole 4 hours from 7am-11am.

I had a room at the back without a sea view. It had a balcony, king-size bed, safe and air-con and was kept perfectly clean. There was a TV but I never even turned it on. You also get free wifi in your room - it was fast and reliable. It went down once but reception knew how to reboot the routers.

We had already checked into a neighbouring hotel but noticed La Nina when we were walking along the beach because balconies were exactly what we had been searching for. We had a bad experience the other hotel when we checked in so I came nextdoor to La Nina to see had any availability for the 2 nights we needed and turned out that it did. The desk staff was very accomodating and helpful in dealing with our last minute arrival and even brought me up to the room to let me see it before committing to anything. Luck was on our side and the exact room that we had noticed from beach was the one that was available. Slightly more expensive than our other hotel but much much nicer and it included breatfast so decision was easy

We checked out of the other hotel (after checking in an hour earlier) and could not have been happier with our new accomodation. Rooms were big, clean and modern. The location is spectacular right in the middle of Sitges overlooking the beach, and most importantly the balcony on our room was perfect. We enjoyed many glasses of rioja and cigars at sunset in our short time there.

We thought that the breakfast which was included was excellent and very good value. Great way to start a day on the beach. You can rent mountain bikes there and the rooftop balcony is great but our time was spent on the beach. Not sure how we missed this in our research for accomodation in Sitges but we would go back in a heartbeat on our next trip.

We had a great room , fantastic view , clean and airy BUT the staff do not engage in anyway with the clients, the breakfast was very poor not even up to B&B standard. If you want to stay there for the location fair enough but you wil be paying 4 star prices for a 3 star hotel with 0 star services

I have visited Sitges every year since 1998 but the first time at La Nina. And the last. Its not a 4 star hotel. I don't know where to begin....We have booked a superior room w balcony and sea view. When we arrived we got a standard room without balcony. The explanation was that someone had made a mistake but that we should now that since we had booked so early we actually pay less for a superior room than a standard room! IS THAT OUR PROBLEM? We stayed for twelve days and the list is long. Small breakfast and often everything was finito. The girst mormong the egg, bread, juice was out and the coffee machine broken. The beds terrible, the towels made you all white when used. But maybe what's worst is the staff. As a guest uou dont exist. The staff in the reception never look at you, never say hello. Not a welcome when we arrived etc. What culture dors La Nina want to have? For what you pay they shouöd at least treat you well and nicely.
