Recently visited Santiago for a 5 day walking trip, but it poured down for a full 5 days. Curtidoria Restaurante was a welcome retreat for us, the staff were friendly and the atmosphere lively.
Our first visit was without a reservation and late for us (10.30pm) but we were welcomed in and stayed for one course due to our tiredness. We returned on Sunday for their version of lunch which went on at a leisurely pace course after course of wonderful taps style starters including prawns, then a seafood risotto and delicious deserts. The wine list was detailed but we stuck with the local Albarino which was very reasonable.
Our third visit was for our final meal in Santiago and it was amazing, the menu was familiar and the staff even though they were extremely busy they did a great job in making the evening memorable. The food and service were fantastic.
Well done everyone.
