the hostel is really new and teh price is reasonable.
every room is well furnished and you can also separate the beds.
you have only a furnished chicken, there is not breakfast
it s located in a perfect area of santiago in the ancient center
only the toilettes and shower are not very well cleaned..
..but it worth it!

The hostel was very modern and clean. We were three friends travelling together and we had our own room with door, more than enough storage space, plugs, and natural light.
The staff were so friendly and helpfull, the bathrooms were clean, the laundry room was alway availible. I really had a good experience.
O..not even to mention the location..exactly where you want to be!

We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of our Camino and thought it wasn't so great. The location is really fabulous, being close to the cathedral and in the centre, and the idea is there, but the execution has drawbacks. The kitchen is good too.
What we didn't like was the noise. Much more noise than in any other albergue on the Camino since Roncesvalles. There was loud music outside, there was no curfew and people were talking loudly through the night, the bathrooms were yucky too quickly, the mattress was white and so many pubic hairs from past guests were stuck to it (I had an upper and I guess it was rather hard to clean for the cleaner). But the value is very very poor, being the most expensive dorm bed on the Camino by quite a margin. Not recommendable.

Very modern, but poor functionality. The semi privacy of pocket doors make groups feel like they are alone, but it's still a dorm, and as a single person I felt like I was walking through bedrooms to go to the bath. I hate coed bathrooms, and there was no place to lay your clothes for after your shower. Bathroom floors were always wet. And electronic locks? BEEP, beep beep beep beep click...worse than snorers or bag rattlers in any albergue.

The Last Stamp is one of the cleanest, safest and best decorated hostels I have ever stayed in. It is in centre of Santiago, few steps from the Cathedral. The rooms are very tidy and smartly decorated; they even allow for groups of people to separate bigger rooms in order to have some privacy. Moreover, each person gets allocated its own locker with a safety code. The shower is very spacious and hygienic, which is especially rare in hostels and feels amazing after the long walk to Santiago :). There is also a common kitchen in the lower floor, which has everything a "peregrino" could ask for. The hostel is completely renovated so all the equipment is new, while in combination with the protected original stone walls. I loved the wal paintings. All falls within the concept of being a last point on the long but inspiring "El Camino". And what an ending that is!

Room Tip: The best room is without a doubt the suite in the last floor of hostel, as it offers complete privac...
