Small "tienda" with the possibility of tasting their wines for a fee. Complimentary "toasts" with olive oil from Majorca also provided. Small selection of interesting wines. Very good quality wines. Also underground wine cellar as shown.

We didn't arrange for a tasting tour at Roda but they had a convenient place for us to have a glass of wine, sample their delicious olive oil, and check out their underground "cave". The woman working was very pleasant and knowledgeable. If you have a chance to visit and haven't tried the Roda 1 Reserva, this is truly a delicious wine and a must have in Rioja.

We visited last week with a group of 13 people from the UK. Mr Víctor Charcán, the Sales Director, did a phenomenal job touring us, informing us, and introducing us to Rodas's wines, which were out of this world. I would strongly recommend this winery to anyone visiting Haro.

We visited Haro on April 16-17, 2018, on a wine pilgrimage of sorts. I fell in love with the wines of the Rioja Alta region when I first visited Spain in the 1990's, and finally was able to visit the actual wineries on this trip. Haro represents an amazing concentration of some of the best bodegas in the region, and we made the absolute most of our time there. I'm writing reviews of the bodegas we visited, so feel free to look at my other reviews.

Going into the trip, I was least familiar with Roda compared to the other wineries in Haro, but the visit here became the highlight of the trip! We visited Roda on our first day, and sampled the Roda, Roda I, and Cirsion. While there, on a recommendation from someone at the hotel, we booked the table overlooking the Ebro River at the end of the cellar tunnel for 4PM on the following day. The next day, our group of eight stayed at the riverside bluff for two hours and enjoyed a few bottles of Roda I along with some of their olive oils. What a memorable way to spend time with friends and enjoy the work of this progressive winery. I look forward to returning to the area for a tour of the facility.

Did not do the tour but people we met had booked a table they have on the Ebro river behind the winery. You walk through the cellar tunnel to the river and as they had had a lot of rain the tunnel was dripping. You come out to a rustic table that sat 8 of us. Sunny afternoon and we spent a couple of hours drinking no 1 wine. Great wine best we had enjoyed in Rioja. Lovely girl in the tasting room who stayed after they should have closed for us. Memorabalbe wine and experience. You do need to book this.
