We paid a deposit and then the final payment and had multiple emails with Jose Luis about this apartment. When we arrived in Madrid there was no record of a reservation. We spent 4 hours waiting and emailing back and forth before an alternative apartment was found. The alternative was nice but since we only had one and a half days in Madrid it was very distressing losing 4 hours. It was also very stressful not knowing if they would find us a place to stay. No one ever explained what happened and there was no attempt to compensate for our lost time and stress.
